Like, wow

Today was a crazy day to be the one writing.

So like the past 9 of 10 Saturdays, I've had to be at church early. 8:30 to be exact! So my class ends and I go to the studio because I had virtually no time to go and grab lunch. So, I check my emails to see the I had a guy call in sick. From there I get on the horn and call whoever I could think of at the time. No contact from anyone, then I find out that our video truck was on the verge of melting. So I was down a guy with a back up plan I wasn't thrilled with, a video truck that wasn't working and then a grumbly tummy that needed food!!! So things resolve themselves. We start the truck back up, I got a crew, some food in the tum-tum, got the service rolling, we finish it up. Start to think about what to do for the next one when I hear the news. Video service for 6:30.

You don't understand, this Sunday is all video at Shep Shep. We knew this the whole week. So we planned of running out TV mix at 6:30. What we didn't know until 3 minutes after the sermon was over and going into communion was that Dudley wasn't feeling well and that he wasn't going to preach at 6:30!

This means I've got nothing! We never cut at 5:00 because we need to get the first service down for HD and the plants. So I was left out in the cold today.

ACK!! So yeah, just need to get that off my chest.
