Ok, I thought this was awesome

Found this story on Daily News.

The most worrisome thing about the widespread air-conditioning outage at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday wasn't that it inconvenienced travelers on a record-hot day. It's that a single squirrel could do so much damage without even trying.

LAX is the world's fifth-busiest airport, with about 60 million passengers passing through last year. And for as long as a few hours, some terminals were left without air conditioning - all because a squirrel came into contact with a Department of Water and Power distribution transformer.

Clearly it's time to start screening the critters more carefully - full-body X-rays, shoe removal, the works.

Because if, in this age of heightened security, a rodent can wreak havoc at a major airport, well, that's just nuts

They're people too...

So Sen. Edward "Ted" Kennedy, was diagnosed with the worst kind of brain cancer today. He was diagnosed with malignant glioma. Supposedly the survival rate is very slim. Up to half of the people with it die within the first I believe. More info here

My main point is this. I am not the biggest fan of Ted Kennedy, but we need to pray for him and his family, that God's will will be done, prayerfully through healing so that he may truly understand and find God in this difficult time, and that He may be glorified. We see politicians on TV all the time and view them as money hungry vultures, but they are still human. Which is why we should pray for the leaders of our country, whether we like them or not.

Hello!

Sorry been awhile.

Well the past week has been interesting. So many things going on. Anyways, got some new musica, and I think I've recovered from watching Iron Man three times. Next is Narnia, then Dr. Jones!

So the Beatles video I'm going with isn't really a video. Just the song.

HELTER SKELTER!!

So yeah, been listening to The Beatles like crazy, but finally something new has come out. New Death Cab album sounds good so far. Anywho, that is all for now.

Umm...can we rethink this

So we saw a lot of these a few years ago. I only have one problem with that statement. Has anyone seen the French flag?! Ok, honestly whoever thought of that slogan was an idiot. How about, 'These Stars and Stripes don't run!' Granted it's a mouth full, but it doesn't make us look stupid.

OWW!!!

I just just burnt my tongue! Oh boy this won't be fun for the next week. And another thing, why does everyone on Hells Kitchen smoke? I thought that the anti-smoking movement has made such big strides in its crusade of taking away ones freedom. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a big fan of smoking, but the last time I checked it was a free country and we have the freedom to do things such as: smoke, curse, making certain comments or express our beliefs without having corporate America and whack job politicians and celebs hounding us down for being terrible human beings! Ok, now granted smoking is not good for you, cursing make you look illiterate and you will often hurt people with ill intent words. But really, that is not for the government or Brad Pitt to watch over. It is up to the people that are being affected to make change. The people who make 4 to 5 figures, the people who work 5 days a week from 9-5. The Lowercase People. So that is what my shirt means. It's people who help make a difference in the world without having the platform of fame, fortune or power.

So that's my little soap box statement for the day.

Also, now having seen Iron Man three times now, I can safely say that the reason the movie industry is slipping is because of the crappy theaters. I can guarantee you that if at least the concession prices go down, you will see an increase in numbers.

That is all.

Sadness has fallen

So way too many things have been happening. I won't getting my new car any time soon. It died!

Anyways, rough weekend. Went home earlier than usual on Sunday. It was nice. Recorded a song that I was actually quite pleased with. Anyways, I'm gonna start saving for a newer 240sx or a Civic Si. Oooh Si. *drool* OH! Or a GTI!

Beatles video of the week

I've Got a Feeling off the Let It Be album.

One of my personal favorites

And it continues!

The never ending fight against what I assume is pollen or ragweed of some sort, continues. Eyes burning, nose running, this suck, because I don't ever remember getting allergies this bad. AAAGGH!

So, in light of me missing my cousins birthday, I took her out to lunch today and got to hang out. We never get to hang out so it was fun. Just like the good old days.

So yeah, I'm watching an episode of Scrubs and I'm totally feeling JD's pain. Ironic we have the same initials. Just the D in his name is actually his last name, and mine is my middle name. That would be weird if everyone started to call me JD. Eesh. OH COME ON! Now I'm all itchy! Grrrr....ooo! I saw fireworks tonight! I totally thought there were bombs going off, and thinking it was the end of everything we know, but it was just a grand opening. Ugh...iHop commercial. Makes me wanna puke....now I want a Cactus Cooler.

So welcome to the most random blog I've written. lol

Well technically it is Friday, so I will put a new Beatles video up.

Peace you wonderful ones and zeroes!
