for the sake of it

so earlier today i had something on my mind that i thought would justify being put into word on this page. but then i was thinking if it would be writing just for the sake of writing. i know that writers suffer the dreaded writers block. it is pretty much when you try writing for the sake of writing, but the most beautiful writings always come from a spur of the moment feeling from the soul. it just starts flowing. your mind just lets go of inhibition and the words are born.

words are an interesting part of our lives. they can be used to build or destroy. they can be silenced or projected. words have power, and the heart determines the intent.

writing for the sake of writing is almost a waste. its ideas forced by the mind that do not translate well on to paper or into conversation. words of man are useless. we are nothing but vessels. what we put in us is what we can project. that is where our words come from. so our words can be used in many ways depending on where our heart is.

Matthew 12:33-35
Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.
