You're correct, Jon...Haikus have three lines each of 5, 7, and 5 syllables, respectively. So in case you care, you could say something like this:
Boba Fett, Jedi
An expert bounty hunter
Dead men tell no tales
I think I like yours better, but you can just call it free-verse poetry, and you'll be fine. :-)
Though Fett is no Jedi
